GWO Basic Safety Combined 4 Module onshore Training gives wind turbine technicians a full complement of the 4 core modules in order to access turbines to complete works onshore.
Modules included are; Working at Height, First Aid, Manual Handling and Fire Awareness.
GWO Basic Safety Combined 4 Module Onshore Training is aimed towards technicians looking to work on onshore wind farms.
This combined training module provides delegates with the skills and knowledge to work in a safe manner within the wind and renewables industry, through theoretical and practical training.
GWO COMBINED 4 MODULE ONSHORE AIMS & OBJECTIVES
The aim of the GWO Combined 4 Module Onshore Training is to provide wind turbine technicians with full complement of the 4 core modules, in order for them to access turbines to complete works onshore safely. This course is also perfect for those wanting to begin a career within the wind industry.
The GWO Combined 4 Modules Onshore are:
- You must be aged 18 years or above and be registered with WINDA before you arrive for your course.
- A good standard of general fitness is required, you will also need to complete a medical questionnaire.
GWO certificate – valid for 2 years.
Please note – certificates are to be refreshed every 2 years.
