ROPE ACCESS

Buildings & structures designed and built prior to the introduction of the CDM Regulations 1994, present building owners with the difficult problem of carrying out day to day inspection and maintenance works due to the lack of properly designed access and safety systems. Conventional forms of temporary access, such as scaffold or powered machinery, can be disruptive to other building users and the general public.

Rope access is uniquely flexible in application and is capable of far more than just window cleaning. We regularly conduct façade snagging repairs, stone cleaning and painting, electrical and plumbing installations by this access method. In our experience most contractors are not aware of Rope Access as an HSE approved safe access method and viable alternative to scaffold. No business should specify or order scaffold without first considering rope access as it is likely to be a far more cost effective and less intrusive solution to your access needs.

Taskmasters are one of the UK’s leading providers of access solutions to the construction industry. We have successfully expanded our business by providing fresh, enthusiastic and expert solutions tailored to the specific needs of our clients.
