Training - Train the Trainer
COURSE OVERVIEW
This is a course for companies who have an infrastructure where it is easier to train candidates internally; the generic course can be adapted to most environments, the course also give a good insight to analyzing people’s needs in education, and differentiation with candidates. The trainees once trained will carry out live presentations and deal with the day-to-day responsibilities of a trainer, this will be video recorded played back and reviewed for discussion.

PRE-REQUISITES
Candidates must have previous training experience or at least a supervisors/managers role. There will also be a numeracy/literacy test to ensure potential trainers, will have the ability to compile future course work and be able to test the candidates and present the correct and accurate course work.
