INTRODUCTION TO TOWER CRANE RESCUE TRAINING (SAFE RETURN TRAINING)
Under the Working at Height Regulations 2005, it is now the responsibility of companies themselves to have a rescue plan in place in the event of a worker falling or becoming incapacitated.
TOWER CRANE RESCUE TRAINING (SAFE RETURN TRAINING) COURSE OVERVIEW
Taskmaster’s tower crane rescue training (safe return training) will educate candidates on how to undertake a rescue on a tower crane in the event that a casualty may become static or suspended at height when operating on the tower crane. This theoretical and practical course will demonstrate to candidates the necessary procedures that need to be conducted by the rescue team and the considerations that must be taken for a safe causality management throughout a tower crane rescue.

The maximum number of delegates for any tower crane rescue training course/ Safe Return is 6 candidates.
WHAT IS THE DURATION FOR A TOWER CRANE RESCUE COURSE (SAFE RETURN TRAINING)?
The duration of a tower crane rescue course / Safe Return training course is a full day course.

TASKMASTERS TRAINING CENTRE
Training can be completed at our indoor training centre which offers 12,000sq of realistic & a controlled practical training environment with numerous training structures including the UK’s only Indoor Tower Crane along with a Sloped Roof with Fragile Roof Light, Telecoms Towers, Refreshment Lounge and much more. All relevant fall protection and equipment will be provided on the day.
ON SITE TRAINING
We also offer the option of on site training where our experience trainers will come to site to complete the tower crane rescue training course. This service will incur additional travel expenses and would require you to provide both a safe and suitable environment for both the practical and theoretical parts. (This includes providing a classroom with access to an overhead projector, a safe environment with suitable tower crane provisions in place).
PRE REQUISITES
All candidates must be over 18 years of age in order to complete this course as well as being asked to complete a self-certificated medical questionnaire. it would also be wise to ensure candidates wear suitable and comfortable clothing for their tower crane rescue training.
